A 28-year-old Bihar native died in a road accident at Ganeshpuri, Mapusa, on Friday after a four-wheeler collided into the scooter he was riding. Anjuna police arrested the driver of the vehicle, Ram Surat Yadav, a native of Uttar Pradesh.
