Ahead of the four-day assembly session that begins on Monday, chief minister Pramod Sawant said that he would present the budget “on Wednesday at 2.30pm”. The CM said that he would take a vote on account, and that the full-fledged budget will be passed in the monsoon session. He told TOI that the focus of the budget will be on Swayampurna Goa.
