Thunderstorms are likely to continue over Goa till October 7. The India meteorological department (IMD) has attributed the reason to a cyclonic circulation over coastal Tamil Nadu and southwest Bay of Bengal and a trough extending from the Lakshadweep across interior Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
