One look at North Goa’s beach belt is enough to notice rampant illegalities sprouting to cash in on the high tourist footfalls on this part of the state’s coast. However, the extent of illegalities were recently assessed in two cases, based on high court directives, and the number of violations found even left the officials shocked.
