Addressing a gathering held in Curtorim to induct ex-zilla panchayat member Moreno Rebelo and his supporters into BJP, Sawant charged incumbent Curtorim MLA and Congress working president, Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco of having been incapable of facilitating people of his constituency to avail of the various welfare schemes of the state and central government.
