Chieftains Martyrs’ Day to be annual event at Delhi’s National War Memorial

PANAJI: Goa has decided to pay respects to martyrs at the National War Memorial in Delhi on July 15 annually to mark the first Liberation struggle against the Portuguese rule in the state.
