Stakeholders involved in selling and using plastic in violation of the Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules, 2021 face stiff fines ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 3 lakh in the city, Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) stated in a public notice.
