The Goa police arrested 7 tourists from Gujarat, Kerala, and Karnataka from Vagator beach on Saturday after they tested positive for narcotic substances in spot tests. For the first time in Goa, tourists were tested randomly using the portable Sotoxo machine, which detects drug use through saliva and gives results within 5 minutes, reports Gauree Malkarnekar.
