Goa Police arrested Nikhil Vijay Shetty, 22, from Solapur, Maharashtra, and Vaibhav Javheree, 23, from Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, after the duo assaulted a Goa taxi driver and fled with his vehicle from Panaji.
